Golden BC!

So we left Canmore, and heading into Banff National Park… did you know you had to PAY to get in? $20 per day!!
Thats just not right… not because of the money, but the principle of charging people money to enjoy the nature of the earth that is each of our birthrights. Not because some governments says we can… Cant wait for alot of this control to crumble! (www.collective-evolution.com)
Into Banff we went… the town was nice, but very touristy. Lots of shops and things were expensive. The best part, and the reason why people go is of course… the Nature. Surrounded by mountains, and streams of beautiful turquoise coloured h2o. After that and a LONG nap (tired from the hike in the morning) we headed towards Lake Louise. The infamous Lake Louise! It was beautiful and the definition of “picturesque”. Ill upload pictures later 😛
We creeped through the mountains, going up and down and around. Until we landed in Golden, BC! Finally British Columbia! We made it. Still more to travel, but we made it across the country through the provinces… I know theres more above us, but we cant do those, Its practically winter up there now!
We had a deep fried dinner, and some tea… and asked the locals wheres a nice place to sleep. We crept up one of the mountains to “kicking horse” ski resort. We tried to find this creepy little campsite within the mountains, but we couldn’t find it. Just dirt roads and bush, just waiting for Sasquatch to jump out!
Woke up to the Sun coming over the mountains. The purple to orange shift of colours in the sky, while half asleep seemed magical… something I wont forget.
Breakfast in town… some french toast and tea did the trick, especially with a view of the mountains as we ate. Some reading and surfing of the net… and we’re off… where? Dont know… but thats the best part.
