Hey, we’re still on the bridge.

Ok so post st.hubert vs swiss chalet rant… we are on our way back now, going westbound towards Toronto pitstop. Ill give you a bit of an update, because yesterday was an unreal day. Ok, so Monday night, we jumped on the late ferry ride leaving Newfoundland, to Sydney, Nova Scotia. Go on board, and I had the faint feeling that they had the air conditioning on… and if you’ve ever been to Newfoundland, or even the Atlantic ocean, its not the warmest. So we found a spot with plugs for the laptops. Tried to fall asleep, because the ride was from basically 10:30, when we boarded to 7:30 am, when we landed. I got maybe 20 minutes of sleep. I was cold and uncomfortable, and trying to find a spot to lie down was impossible. So I didnt.. I wandered the boat, and met a young man heading to Toronto for school. chatting passed the time, and next thing I knew I was watching the sunrise on the atlantic ocean, one of the most beautiful sights in the world. After waking Joey, we got off the boat and heading into Nova Scotia, to attempt the Cabot Trail. After realizing it was going to take 3 hours, and lots of gas ($$) we turned around and said for another day. On that decision, we found a 300 ft ferry ride that costed $5! haha. Kinda like a floating platform that took 2 minutes. Next, we found a really good shower that helped with the no-sleep. We took turns driving and sleeping until we stopped at Antigonish for Subs… mmm. Then we booked it all the way to PEI across the confederation bridge. Heres some facts: The bridge is huge! 13kms long, approx 10 minute drive across. Worlds largest bridge to cross a body of frozen water (winter..duh!) AND it doesnt cost you to cross INTO pei, but they charge you $40 on the way OUT!.. Jeezzz. Luckily they had Canadas #1 Rated Ice cream there : Moos. Unreal Cream. We drove into Charlottetown as we crossed miles of red soiled farmland. We chilled at Indigo after buying some beers, and found ourselves talking for over an hour, to 2 dudes that we met in the New Age section. Talking about our website and the whole collective evolution that is taking place as we speak (www.collective-evolution.com), Was great to see more people start to awaken. After that we tried finding a spot to look at the stars from an abandoned Airport, but only found ourselves watching planes fly close to our heads. Then while looking for a place to sleep, we stumble upon the cutest little foxes. Joe decides to throw them a peanut, and next thing we know, we are hand feeding 5 of them! Cool experience. We slept behind a shoppers drugmart, great sleep btw. Fixed our broken signal light in the morning, and headed to the beach… Spent the entire afternoon on the red sands, in the most beautiful sun, watching crabs dance around me as the tide rolled out. Very enlightening experience. Booked it from PEI (I will be back!) and headed towards Moncton in search of St.Huberts… the infamous “swiss chalet comparison.” We soon found, it had NO comparison, and sucked! check out the previous blog post to see Joes rant/ratings. I lay here in our amazing van, waiting for ETs to arrive… til next time…
Love and Light,
Mike

    Hi Guys!
I was one of the two fortunate ones who got to meet Mike and Joe at Indigo that night. Thoroughly enjoyed the conversation. You often feel like you’re alone in this new reality of thinking. On the foxes, I probably live quite close to that location. I had to chuckle and wonder if one was the same one that my cat chased from our yard several weeks ago. Who’d-a-thunk a cat would be chasing a fox? Maybe a metaphor for the big powerful PTB about to be chased by the asleep populas that is now beginning to awaken and realize its true collective power.
